When Will My Order Ship?

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel an order, please do so within the first 12 hours of placing it. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we regret that it cannot be canceled. Return Policy: If you encounter any issues with your order such as a defective, incorrect, or damaged product, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving it. Our dedicated team will gladly assist you in reviewing the case, and if approved, we'll promptly send a replacement. Kindly note that certain items like cosmetics, lingerie, and underwear/shapewear are considered final sale due to hygiene reasons, and returns for these items may be declined at our discretion.
